About the role
- Executing the Dexcom patient-facing digital marketing strategy (web and email) within North America Digital Experience team.
- Collaborating closely with internal Product Marketing, Creative, IT teams as well as external agency partners.
- Leading website projects from early ideation gathering to execution.
- Supporting email/communications projects.
- Analyzing digital marketing analytics data (Web and email) for performance improvements.
- Developing testing hypotheses and implementing web and email A/B testing.
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience.
- Proficient with web CMS tools such as WordPress and/or headless CMS platforms like Amplience, Contentful, or Storyblok.
- Experience using website analytics tools such as GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with A/B testing tools like VWO and Optimizely.
- Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio.
- Familiar with email marketing tools and processes, including platforms like Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced with project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com.
