About the role

  • Exceed assigned revenue goals through customer-centric sales methodology
  • Manage a consultative sales approach with 4-to-8 month purchasing cycle
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline with timely sales forecasts and communication
  • Cultivate prospects consistently and maintain current client relationships
  • Focus on driving net new business while coordinating resources to meet research needs
  • Be conversant in grantmaking within philanthropic sector and raise customer trend understanding
  • Collaborate across departments for seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of full-time B2B sales experience (software sales experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievement within a solutions software vendor
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to understand customer needs
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong knowledge or experience in philanthropic sector preferred
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Travel required within North America
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
