Implementation Specialist

• Configure systems end-to-end under the direction of a project lead, including troubleshooting errors and quality assurance testing
• Lead or participate in functionality delivery sessions with clients
• Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design walkthroughs, and implementation sessions
• Flag and report potential problematic or out of scope requests from clients
• Perform technical investigation and detailed initial troubleshooting of client issues before escalating to the Development team
• Act as the first line of QA before UAT with a client and enable successful go-lives and final implementation
• Assist with performing integrated system testing when new features are applied to a client system
• Assist the Support desk as needed to solve complex system tickets
• Other duties as assigned

Implementation Consultant

Account Manager

• Design and execute account management strategies that foster client retention, growth, and satisfaction
• Partner cross-functionally with customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver cohesive client experiences
• Act as the Executive Sponsor for key customers when required
• Utilize data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for client expansion
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients, becoming a strategic advisor and advocate for their success
• Lead and mentor the account management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence
• Establish and monitor team KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals
• Provide transparent reporting and feedback to senior leadership on client health and team performance
• Champion a client-first mindset and proactively address challenges to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Report into the Chief Commercial Officer and support Foundant, SmartSimple and GivingData client success initiatives

Director, Account Management

• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients across all three brands, serving as a strategic advisor and advocate.
• Own the renewal process and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals and product capabilities.
• Track and assess client engagement, satisfaction, and usage metrics to ensure high retention and mitigate churn risks.
• Partner with Customer Success to align on client needs, share feedback, and coordinate efforts that drive client success.
• Develop account plans for key clients, outlining growth strategies, risk mitigation, and engagement tactics.
• Maintain deep understanding of Foundant, GivingData, and SmartSimple offerings to effectively position solutions and guide clients.
