About the role

  • Acquire new customers and build a book of business for Forto's digital logistics platform
  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads via outbound outreach and in-person field selling
  • Run discovery to understand customer needs and position Forto's solutions
  • Manage and grow customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell
  • Lead business reviews with key customers to align on performance and expansion
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Product to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales - you've landed new customers against clear quotas
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Based in Germany (must be located in Germany)
  • Confident owning the full sales cycle: from outreach to close and account expansion
  • Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is a major advantage
