About the role
- Acquire new customers and build a book of business for Forto's digital logistics platform
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads via outbound outreach and in-person field selling
- Run discovery to understand customer needs and position Forto's solutions
- Manage and grow customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell
- Lead business reviews with key customers to align on performance and expansion
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Product to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales - you've landed new customers against clear quotas
- Fluent in German and English
- Based in Germany (must be located in Germany)
- Confident owning the full sales cycle: from outreach to close and account expansion
- Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain is a major advantage
