Drive integration across complex technical domains and ensure successful achievement of cross-functional program milestones and deliverables for next-generation driver-assistance architectures.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, program management, and external partners to bring cutting-edge ADAS features to market.
Contribute to the development of next-generation Driver Assistance Technology (DAT) architecture and support current DAT architecture.
Contribute to planning and development of Systems roadmaps, aligning program timing and deliverables with both platform systems and feature system development.
Facilitate technical and program decisions, aligning technical development, departmental priorities, supplier constraints, and Platform & Program expectations.
Identify, analyze, and document complex upstream and downstream risks and dependencies; propose and support mitigation plans.
Prepare and analyze critical data and insights required for Program and Platform reviews.
Identify opportunities and propose solutions for continuous process improvement across the ADAS organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, controls, validation, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
4+ years of professional experience in automotive project or program management.
2+ years of professional experience in a Systems Engineering or related technical role.
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. (preferred)
Deep, applied knowledge of Systems Engineering principles, including Design, Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA), Requirements Atomization, and Traceability. (preferred)
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Ford’s Global Product Development System (GPDS). (preferred)
Experience in Automotive Electronic Control Modules (ECU) and Sensor Design. (preferred)
Proficiency in Systems Modeling and Requirements Management tools such as MagicDraw and Jama. (preferred)
Proficiency in Agile project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence. (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. (preferred)
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. (preferred)
