About the role

  • Develop and implement global hardware services strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams across geographies.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and operational excellence.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A forward-thinking approach to technology adoption and service innovation.
  • Preferred: 10+ years in hardware services, including 5+ in leadership.
  • Preferred: Proven experience in global service delivery and contract management.
