Report to the Director of Employee Relations and manage reasonable accommodation casework.
Evaluate workplace accommodation requests, engage in the interactive process, and document support provided.
Educate employees, People Leaders, and HR Partners about federal and state disability laws, internal policies, and the reasonable accommodation process.
Provide high quality employee relations support, including drafting and advising on HR policies; may provide occasional performance management and investigation support.
Use strong judgment and discretion to provide guidance on accommodation cases and HR policy inquiries; liaise with employees, HR Partners, People Leaders, and cross-functional partners to resolve escalations.
Utilize a case management system to manage and track reasonable accommodation cases, policy escalations, and other case work from intake to resolution.
Identify and drive process improvements and efficiencies to support high quality case management and data tracking.
Assure the quality of assigned employee relations programs and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally across HR and the Office of General Counsel to implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with state and federal employment and disability laws (ADA, ADAA, PWFA, FMLA).
Proactively utilize data and metrics to identify employee trends and inform opportunities for training or policy/process improvements.
Scan external environment for regulations, best practices, and trends to inform continuous improvement actions.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience with managing reasonable accommodation cases and related policies.
Prior experience with reviewing and providing guidance on HR policies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Resiliency, creative thinking, and strong problem-solving skills.
Master’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or other related subject areas (preferred).
Experience with providing reasonable accommodations guidance at a large company (preferred).
Expertise with Title VII, ADA, FMLA and related U.S. employment laws (preferred).
Proven ability to deliver high-quality results while handling multiple priorities (preferred).
Prior experience working with agile cross-functional teams (preferred).
Experience working in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
Strong business acumen and systems thinking (preferred).
Demonstrates a growth mindset and aptitude for critical thinking (preferred).
Self-starter, capable of communicating across skill teams, regions, and at all levels (preferred).
Strong coaching and facilitation skills (preferred).
