About the role
- Own the onboarding process after offer acceptance through the first day, entering the team members into ADP, coordinating equipment orders, and managing system access.
- Process employment changes such as promotions, manager moves, status updates, and personal information edits, ensuring approvals are captured and records remain accurate for payroll and reporting.
- Manage the offboarding workflow from the HRIS standpoint.
- Field day-to-day employee questions about policies, benefits, and time-off programs, escalating complex issues to HR leadership, People business partners, or the appropriate team.
- Maintain records related to human resources activities, policy changes or additions.
- Responsible for implementation and maintenance of HRIS information associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for planning and reporting.
- Work with payroll to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.
- Maintain internal database files and tables and develop custom reports to meet the requirements of Senior Management and staff.
- Maintain digital personnel files, monitor I-9 reverification deadlines, and assist with compliance reporting such as EEO-1 and OSHA logs.
- Contribute to process documentation and continuous-improvement initiatives—for example, updating SOPs, drafting knowledge base articles, or piloting simple HRIS automations—so routine tasks become more efficient over time.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, Operations or HRIS required.
- ADP WFN experience required
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to formulate and apply resolutions
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent technical knowledge as it relates to HR metrics and analysis
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
