Manage and execute onboarding process for new hires, interns, and production staff, coordinating with Production, Accounting, IT, and Facilities.
Track production staff assignment dates and maintain clarity and alignment with relevant departments and new hires.
Organize and improve new hire orientation sessions; conduct intern exit interviews and coordinate offboarding meetings.
Coordinate and administer offboarding processes including termination checklists, equipment return, system access removal, final timesheet submissions, and exit documentation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments and time zones; serve as secondary point of contact for candidates.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and artist management CRM; assist with job postings, sourcing, and screening for internships and entry-level roles.
Support Internship Program event planning and temporary hire recruitment projects; maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Track and monitor performance review cycles and respond to employee/manager questions about the process.
Assist with salary tracking, compensation reports, employment verifications, and unemployment claims.
Prepare and manage monthly HR reports and dashboards; maintain organizational charts.
Provide project support across People & Culture initiatives, LOA administration, I-9 compliance, timesheet reminders, payroll basic data entry, and general HR administration.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture support role.
Expert-level Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with ATS or HRIS is a plus.
