About the role
- Partner directly with executives to forecast operating expenses and annual budgets and influence strategic decision making.
- Support key processes across planning, board reporting, budgeting, and ongoing operational improvements.
- Support pricing team inbound requests and conduct ad hoc analysis.
- Assist with total member and revenue reporting and forecasting.
- Prepare Budget vs Actual reports, analyze vendor level spend, and perform monthly headcount reconciliation for the Sales and Marketing organization.
- Support month-end close cadence and packages.
- Acquire and maintain an understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues within the US healthcare system.
- Demonstrate strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills in cross-functional collaboration.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, customer service-oriented environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of business experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Accounting, or Consulting; fast-growing tech company experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skill set with ability to apply quantitative reasoning to business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with an emphasis on attention to details.
- Proactive self-starter; able effectively prioritize and manage daily responsibilities independently.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Motivated/energized in working in a mission based environment.
- Preferred: High Proficiency in Excel and GSuite.
- Preferred: Experience in B2C or Digital Health.
- Preferred: Experience with financial systems (ex. Netsuite).
- Preferred: Experience with SQL, Python and/or Tableau.
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience implementing AI capabilities into Financial workflows.
