About the role
- Drive the vision and execution of data-focused products that empower teams and unlock growth.
- Shape data roadmaps and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights by analyzing customer behavior, trends, and engagement metrics.
- Leverage customer data to map and optimize customer journeys across touchpoints.
- Implement processes to monitor and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Manage data deduplication, identity resolution, and profile stitching to create unified customer views.
- Understand the technical landscape of data monitoring and analytics tools.
- Drive product functionality to completion with a results-oriented attitude.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably in analytics or data-driven SaaS products.
- Proven expertise in developing data monitoring, analytics, or business intelligence tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, visualization techniques, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, agile environment.
