Manager

• Manage and implement ad monetization strategies across multiple titles, ad networks, and demand partners.
• Support and contribute to the ad monetization strategy, aligning with overall group and portfolio goals.
• Design and optimize in-game ad placements, formats, and user segmentation strategies to improve ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, and overall LTV.
• Develop and maintain ad operations processes, including mediation setups, waterfalls, and network integrations across platforms such as AppLovin MAX, Unity LevelPlay, and AdMob.
• Monitor and manage ad creative quality across networks — reviewing served ads, handling player-reported ad issues, and using network-side blocking tools (advertiser blocklists, category exclusions, creative review queues) to maintain a safe, age-appropriate, and brand-aligned experience.
• Ensure ad monetization compliance with platform policies and regulations (Apple/Google store policies, COPPA where relevant, GDPR, ATT/IDFA, CMP/consent flows, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit) in collaboration with Legal and Ad Tech.
• Conduct performance analysis across key KPIs, identifying opportunities and supporting continuous improvement.
• Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests in collaboration with Product and BI teams; analyse results, scale winners and iterate.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Game Design, Engineering, BI, QA and UA teams to deliver monetization improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with ad network partners and account managers to maximize performance and resolve ad quality escalations quickly.
• Support Ad Tech and Data requirements, including SDK integrations, tracking, dashboards and automation.
• Contribute to documenting and sharing best practices and insights across group.

Ad Monetization Manager

Product Manager

• Own strategy and roadmap for a significant product area in a live mobile title (e.g., progression, economy, meta, events, offers)
• Ensure smooth roll out of defined roadmap within set timeframes and quality standards
• Lead discovery, scoping, and prioritization: define problems, hypotheses, success metrics, and delivery plans
• Drive end-to-end execution with design, engineering, and marketing, from specs through launch and iteration
• Design and run experiments (A/B tests), interpret results, and turn learnings into product decisions
• Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and monetization, with strong KPI ownership
• Partner with UA, growth, and monetization teams to scale successful features, offers, and campaigns
• Monitor live performance post-release, identify issues/opportunities, and run continuous optimization cycles
• Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor and support less-experienced PMs and cross-functional peers through strong product practices

Data Engineer

• Own the end-to-end analytics data lifecycle: event taxonomy and tracking plan → ingestion → transformations → semantic layer/KPI definitions → dashboards
• Partner with product and client engineers to define and implement high-quality event instrumentation (naming conventions, properties, versioning)
• Build and maintain scalable, maintainable ELT/ETL pipelines, ensuring correctness, observability, and cost efficiency
• Design and implement data models (e.g., sessions, funnels, cohorts, monetization, retention) that support product decision making
• Define and enforce KPI definitions and metric governance to prevent metric drift and conflicting dashboards
• Implement data quality checks, anomaly detection, and monitoring (freshness, completeness, validity) with clear alerting
• Improve data discoverability via documentation, lineage, and clear datasets ownership
• Support experimentation and measurement: power A/B test analysis datasets and reliable experiment exposure logs (where applicable)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise the analytics roadmap and unblock critical product questions

3D Artist

• Create engaging video ads and animated creatives for user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
• Produce game trailers, promotional videos, and marketing visuals for new releases and live events
• Transform gameplay footage and game assets into compelling motion graphics and advertising creatives
• Collaborate with marketing, UA, and game teams to ensure visual consistency with each game's identity
• Brainstorm and experiment with new creative concepts and advertising formats
• Optimize videos and assets for mobile platforms and ad network requirements

Motion Designer

QA Engineer

• Test playable ads across multiple devices, browsers, and environments
• Verify that gameplay mechanics and interactions function as intended
• Ensure Call-To-Action (CTA) buttons, links, and redirections work correctly
• Identify and report visual, functional, and performance issues
• Perform basic usability checks to ensure a smooth user experience
• Retest fixes and confirm issues are resolved before release
• Maintain test checklists and simple documentation
