About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own strategy and roadmap for a significant product area in a live mobile title (e.g., progression, economy, meta, events, offers)
  • Ensure smooth roll out of defined roadmap within set timeframes and quality standards
  • Lead discovery, scoping, and prioritization: define problems, hypotheses, success metrics, and delivery plans
  • Drive end-to-end execution with design, engineering, and marketing, from specs through launch and iteration
  • Design and run experiments (A/B tests), interpret results, and turn learnings into product decisions
  • Analyze player behavior and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and monetization, with strong KPI ownership
  • Partner with UA, growth, and monetization teams to scale successful features, offers, and campaigns
  • Monitor live performance post-release, identify issues/opportunities, and run continuous optimization cycles
  • Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and performance insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Mentor and support less-experienced PMs and cross-functional peers through strong product practices
  • Stay current with mobile gaming trends, tools, and technologies to keep FM Games competitive

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming or tech
  • Proven track record of shipping, iterating, and scaling mobile game features in production
  • Must have hands-on experience shipping and operating live mobile games (F2P experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, engagement loops, live ops, and monetization models
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with KPIs, cohorts, and experiments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to drive alignment and clear decisions
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Player-first mindset and strong product judgment
