About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create engaging video ads and animated creatives for user acquisition campaigns across multiple ad networks
- Produce game trailers, promotional videos, and marketing visuals for new releases and live events
- Transform gameplay footage and game assets into compelling motion graphics and advertising creatives
- Collaborate with marketing, UA, and game teams to ensure visual consistency with each game's identity
- Brainstorm and experiment with new creative concepts and advertising formats
- Optimize videos and assets for mobile platforms and ad network requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong motion graphics and animation skills
- Experience creating video content for mobile apps or games
- Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling through motion
- Experience with video editing, compositing, and visual effects
- Ability to translate static assets and gameplay footage into engaging videos
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and sharing creative feedback
- Strong organization and communication skills
- A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video work
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
- Familiarity with video compression and optimization for mobile/web
- Experience with 3D tools is a plus
- Experience using AI creative tools (e.g. ChatGPT, HeyGen, Nano Banana or similar) is a plus
- Basic sound editing and compositing knowledge
- 3+ years of experience in motion design, video editing, or similar creative role
- A strong personal portfolio showcasing relevant work
