• You report to our Direct Sales Lead DACHIT and are responsible for acquiring and growing existing and new customers in the Direct Customers segments — including traditional and modern gastronomy as well as manufacturing within the ready-meal producers sector
• Building and maintaining networks in these segments is a welcome part of your role
• Develop and implement targeted strategies and sales concepts for these segments
• Responsible for revenue and sales volume targets as part of achieving goals
• Independently prepare and conduct customer appointments, trainings and annual review meetings in the end-customer segment
• First point of contact for all operational matters of end customers in these segments
• Support customer-specific projects with our production sites and Europe-wide centrally managed functions
• Monitor the market environment and participate in regular marketing exchanges to jointly develop the aforementioned segments
• Coordinate with colleagues in the same role at the international level
• Prepare and conduct international customer meetings

KAM Direct Sales

Procurement

• Analyse sales data, market trends, and shopper insights to inform category decisions
• Monitor competitor activities and assess potential impacts on our categories
• Continuously track and report on category performance to the business
• Use insights to adjust strategies and improve overall category performance
• Balance external realities with internal objectives and support cross-functional commercial teams towards commercial execution excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic innovation projects and support new product launches through deep understanding of customer and category dynamics
• Analyse trade and consumer panel data to deliver retailer sell in stories in collaboration with Trade Marketing and Key Account Managers
• Identify growth potentials and provide category recommendations to retailers

Category Manager

Account Manager

• Drive growth within strategic non‑commercial operator segments by partnering directly with GPOs and major networks (including Sodexo, Foodbuy, and Aramark)
• Lead compliance, conversion, and penetration initiatives against negotiated contracts
• Influence large subgroups and regional operators to maximize brand adoption
• Develop and execute 1–3 year strategic growth plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Deliver against profit, volume, distribution, and margin objectives
• Identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate sustainable growth
• Lead complex contract negotiations and pricing strategies
• Ensure long‑term agreements deliver optimized financial outcomes for the Foodservice division

National Key Account Manager – Non-Commercial, GPOs

Key Account Manager – Foodservice

• Lead growth within strategic non-commercial operator segments by working directly with GPOs (Sodexo, Foodbuy, Aramark) and large subgroups to drive compliance and conversion against negotiated contracts.
• Develop and execute 1–3 year strategic growth plans and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to achieve profit, volume, and distribution targets.
• Direct complex contract negotiations and pricing agreements to ensure long-term, financially optimized results for the foodservice division.
• Build and maintain deep, value-driven relationships with senior-level executives at key national accounts and buying groups.
• Drive penetration of the branded portfolio (butters, spreads, creams, and cheeses) into new menu applications across non-commercial channels.
• Partner with internal teams—including Marketing, R&D, Culinary, and Finance—to develop tailored product solutions and innovation strategies.
• Analyze customer data, P&L performance, and market trends to identify incremental business opportunities and mitigate risks.

Key Account Manager – Food Service

• Deliver profit, volume, distribution, and other agreed-upon KPIs across assigned accounts
• Develop and execute customer-specific sales plans for both existing business and new growth initiatives
• Build and maintain strong, value-enhancing relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Lead contractual negotiations, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with Flora Food US objectives
• Partner closely with Advantage Solutions (broker partner) to evaluate performance, monitor trends, and execute plans effectively
• Analyze business performance and customer data to identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure flawless execution

Key Account Manager – Central

• Manage gross sales of $100 mil dollar sales region through multiple customers along the East Coast of the US.
• Deliver profit, volume, distribution, share, and promotional KPIs for the Southeast Region.
• Lead customer strategy, planning, and execution for Publix and Ahold Delhaize, and all other regional Grocery East Coast Accounts.
• This person will be a key member on the Sales Leadership team for the US, providing input and strategy recommendations for the US business.
• Build strategic Joint Business Plans aligned to Flora Food Group’s growth priorities.
• Strengthen relationships with key customer contacts across merchandising, replenishment, and category teams.
• Negotiate trade terms, programs, and agreements to maximize ROI.
• Leverage insights from brand, category, and shopper data to inform recommendations.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 3 direct reports, driving high performance and capability growth.
• Oversee third‑party agency partners to ensure excellence in-store execution.
• Partner with Supply Chain to achieve service, forecast accuracy, and waste mitigation targets.
• Collaborate with Category Management and Shopper Marketing to activate high‑impact plans.
• Share best practices across the broader Sales organization.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting within all sales systems.
