• Support Sales and Marketing teams by resolving operations tickets in our Jira queue.
• Maintain the lead routing framework critical to our business processes.

DevOps Engineer

• Flock is looking for a Staff Engineer in Device SRE to join the new Test Experience team.
• The team is responsible for delivering a scalable, reliable, observable, and self-service test experience for developers and testers.
• The team owns the construction and maintenance of the test platform and infrastructure as a managed service, applying core SRE disciplines to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Work directly with several other teams including Device SRE Developer Experience and Device SRE Release Experience.
• Provide a test framework that abstracts hardware control and common services so that test developers can focus on use cases and coverage instead of hardware quirks, lab outages, and service integrations.
• Design and implement advanced infrastructure practices for lab hardware such as self-healing and failover, preventing outages instead of just reacting to them.

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the technical point of contact for frontline users (admins, analysts, training leads).
• Triage inbound questions from customers and resolve or escalate in partnership with Support, Engineering, or Product.
• Provide ongoing technical support and ensure timely resolution of admin-level issues.
• Deliver onboarding and refresher trainings (virtually and on-site) tailored to users such as patrol officers, analysts, and administrators.
