• Maintain accurate forecasting, weekly and bi-weekly checkins with your Director and cross-functional teams.

• As a GTM Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will create, own, and leverage a variety of financial forecasts, data sources, and tools to develop analytics, dashboards, tactical recommendations and core strategies to help drive critical business decisions and strategies across the revenue organization and Flock as a whole.

• Conduct detailed root cause analyses for various trends we are seeing in our business, with direct and actionable recommendations for taking advantage of your insights.

GTM Revenue Analytics, Strategy Manager

Customer Success Manager

• Help define and refine what “retention-ready” and “expansion-ready” look like within FAN by analyzing customer telemetry, lifecycle patterns, and observed outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of playbooks, workflows, and signal definitions that enable FAN to act earlier, more consistently, and with greater confidence across thousands of customers.
• Partner with Customer Success leadership and Operations to improve signal fidelity, reduce noise, and ensure the right work surfaces at the right time.
• Maintain ownership of a defined customer portfolio, running regular signal reviews to prioritize risk and growth readiness, and executing against those insights through direct customer engagement and system-driven workflows.
• Use AI-assisted tools and automation to improve efficiency, clarity, and quality of work, including account summaries, customer communications, internal updates, and insight synthesis.
• Share effective workflows and practices that help elevate AI usage across FAN and support a scalable, digital-first operating model.
• Own a defined portfolio within FAN and execute targeted, high-signal customer interventions to protect retention and strengthen long-term account health.
• Engage directly with customers at moments of elevated risk to address friction, clarify value, and drive renewal readiness using established playbooks and judgment.
• Translate identified churn risk into structured recovery actions, partnering cross-functionally when needed to resolve issues and stabilize accounts.
• Where appropriate, convert recovered or stabilized accounts into expansion-ready candidates by aligning outcomes achieved with clear next-step recommendations.
• Standardize how growth readiness is surfaced and communicated by packaging customer context, signals, and outcomes into clear, consistent readiness briefs.
• Partner with Sales to align on timing and scope once readiness is validated, ensuring growth engagement is grounded in customer value while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between signal interpretation and deal execution.
• Work closely with Customer Success Operations, Enablement, Product, and Sales to refine lifecycle workflows, intake logic, and signal interpretation.

Growth Customer Success Manager

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and ongoing spend projections for Marketing and External Affairs
• Build and maintain accrual- and cash-based budget models with clean outputs for our FP&A system (Pigment)
• Partner with leaders to manage budgets dynamically, including reallocations and tradeoff analysis
• Deliver ROI and performance analyses tied to CAC, Magic Number, channel efficiency, attribution, and pricing
• Own budget vs. actuals reporting and support month-end close, accruals, and prepaids
• Support 13-week cash forecasting and headcount planning in partnership with HR and Recruiting
• Serve as the primary finance partner to Marketing and External Affairs leadership

FP&A Manager – Marketing & External Affairs

Compliance

• Play a critical role in ensuring Flock’s field operations, warehouses, and public-sector installation projects meet the highest standards of safety, labor compliance, and regulatory adherence.
• Partner closely with Field Operations, contractors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to protect our people, ensure compliance, and enable scalable growth across complex, multi-state deployments.
• Conduct field visits, ride-alongs, and warehouse walkthroughs to identify immediate safety and compliance risks.
• Launch routine safety inspections and compliance spot checks, and implement consistent documentation and corrective action tracking.
• Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions, while preparing the organization for audits and external reviews.

Field Safety & Compliance Associate

Full-stack Engineer

• Lead Advanced Integration: Drive the implementation of 5G features within the radio firmware, driver, and user space.
• Optimize Multi-Link Performance: Integrate multiple cellular radio links into a single stream, optimizing for capacity, latency, and intelligent stream allocation across radios.
• Architect Cloud Connectivity: Integrate cloud-based solutions into the cellular system and optimize the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) critical to flight reliability.
• Drive Full Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the cellular setup, from establishing performance metrics to monitoring real-world test results.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our RF, Systems, Device SW, and Cloud teams to build out and validate these complex setups.

Senior Software Engineer, Cellular

Operations

• You'll lead regional technicians, third-party installation partners, and specialized centers of excellence — ensuring flawless installations, high device uptime, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Partnering closely with Central Ops, Regional Ops, Product, and Customer Success, you’ll own the metrics that matter: installation SLAs, first-time fix rates, technician productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction — all directly tied to our growth.
• Gain field exposure, build cross-functional relationships, analyze performance, and identify quick wins.
