Account Manager

• Own quarterly referral targets for your accounts and take initiative to course-correct when metrics trend unfavorably
• Design and execute growth strategies account by account: identify the barriers suppressing volume, implement solutions, and measure the referral impact of every play you run
• Work directly with User Buyers and Detailed Buyers (branch managers, Directors of Nursing, patient care coordinators, and nursing coordinators) to make Float the preferred home infusion partner, optimize referral workflows, and drive utilization of the Float Pharmacy Portal
• Develop Float Champions inside each account who advocate for Float internally and pull volume toward us
• Onboard GTAs to drive fast time-to-value: first referrals within 30 days of launching a new geo
• Analyze patterns across your portfolio to identify root causes affecting multiple branches, then turn winning plays into repeatable success motions applied across accounts
• Measure and understand the health of each account in depth: staffing rate, active SP Operators, Portal referral share, patient churn, and partnership maturity progression
• Maintain accurate and current account records in our CRM (HubSpot) so portfolio health, referral trends, and relationship history are always visible to you and to leadership
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with specialty pharmacy User Buyers across your portfolio
• Run the Partnership Experience Meeting (PEM) cadence: performance review, growth opportunities, product updates, and strategic alignment, with every PEM oriented toward expansion
• Maintain comprehensive Partnership Profiles with clear goals, growth initiatives, health metrics, and relationship maps
• Run the Partnership Kick-off Meetings cadence for all GTAs
• Travel to meet pharmacy partners for in-person meetings, problem discovery, demos, user feedback sessions, and relationship-building activities

Partner Success Manager

Recruitment

• Own the 1-to-100 build for nursing recruitment
• Optimize recruitment of 1099 Registered Nurses through sourcing, referrals, outbound campaigns, partnerships, social media, and market-specific acquisition strategies
• Maintain healthy clinician supply across existing markets while supporting expansion into new geographies
• Develop targeted acquisition strategies for newly launched states and underserved regions
• Identify bottlenecks and conversion gaps across the recruiting funnel and implement process improvements
• Ensure recruiting and onboarding workflows support state licensing, compliance, and partner requirements
• Design statewide recruiting strategies in markets where demand patterns are emerging
• Build repeatable playbooks for clinician acquisition in new markets
• Analyze labor market conditions, nurse density, competition, and geographic coverage to inform expansion strategy

Marketplace Recruiting Lead

• Own the 1-to-100 build. This is Float's first dedicated recruiting hire. You are not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it.
• Optimize recruitment of 1099 Registered Nurses through sourcing, referrals, outbound campaigns, partnerships, social media, and market-specific acquisition strategies
• Maintain healthy clinician supply across existing markets while supporting expansion into new geographies
• Develop targeted acquisition strategies for newly launched states and underserved regions, accounting for local market dynamics and demand signals
• Identify bottlenecks and conversion gaps across the recruiting funnel and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and engagement
• Partner cross-functionally to anticipate network demand, activation needs, and supply risks
• Ensure recruiting and onboarding workflows support state licensing, compliance, and partner requirements
• Evolve recruiting infrastructure, tooling, automation, and processes to support scalable growth
• Design statewide recruiting strategies in markets where demand patterns are still emerging
• Build repeatable playbooks for clinician acquisition, activation, and engagement in new markets

• Identify opportunities to improve pipeline visibility, efficiency, and clinician engagement through better systems
• Define requirements for ATS functionality and automation, and consolidating and branding candidate-facing tools

Full-stack Engineer

• Own and ship high-impact features end-to-end, from technical design through production.
• Work directly with nurses, pharmacy partners, and internal ops to understand real pain points and build solutions that address them.
• Set a high technical bar through design reviews, code review, and hands-on execution — not just oversight.
• Identify and drive technical initiatives around code quality, observability, and testing without waiting for permission.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into concrete engineering plans and deliver them with minimal hand-holding.
• Collaborate across functions and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders about tradeoffs and timelines.

Senior Software Engineer

• Respond to and manage approximately 40 Zendesk tickets per shift, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Answer up to 30 inbound calls per shift from pharmacies, patients, and nurses
• Schedule and confirm 10–30 patient visits per shift with accuracy and empathy
• Communicate professionally via phone, email, and text to coordinate care and confirm scheduling details
• Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and uploaded for scheduled visits
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track data, share insights, and provide feedback to streamline operations
• Proactively brainstorm and communicate potential process improvements that enhance team efficiency and scalability
• Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with specialty pharmacies and nursing partners

Recurring Care Specialist

• Utilize the Float Health platform and supporting technology (Zendesk, Google Suite, Slack) to coordinate start of care visits, including:
• Collecting information from pharmacies and patients
• Matching appropriate nurses to patients
• Managing offers in our marketplace to ensure we pay the nurses a responsible rate
• Onboarding patients to Float Health
• Confirming logistics and schedules with all users to ensure a safe and seamless home visit
• Responding to restaff and reschedule requests as they arise
• Communicate clearly, kindly, and proactively with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone calls, chat, and SMS
• Respond to Inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS as well as initiating outbound
• Work cross functionally with internal teams in shared queues and Slack to ensure visit documentation and other visit related tasks are completed
• Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Learn new processes and technology continuously
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers at specialty pharmacies
• Complete tasks related to pharmacy engagement as needed
• Provide feedback to improve our technology and processes

Intake Specialist
