About the role

Support EIS operations to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise IT systems
Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure supporting core business functions
Deliver high-performance infrastructure services for mission-critical applications and platforms
Ensure operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management
Collaborate with security, application development, and service delivery teams
Lead infrastructure design and implementation projects (for senior engineers)
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy (for senior engineers)
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system reliability (for senior engineers)
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high availability of services (for senior engineers)
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency (for senior engineers)

Experience in project management roles rather than WebMethods, integration platforms, or application administration roles
Expertise in managing enterprise systems, servers, and network components
Proficient in Unix shell scripting and tools like Chef, Ansible, and Git
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Cloud) for deployment and administration
Familiarity with ELK Stack, Portainer, Uptime Kuma
Knowledge of HTTP/S, FTP, SOAPUI and LDAP
Experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, and similar tools for task automation
Incident & Problem Management skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills to meet SLAs and deadlines
Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-stress environments
Proactive problem-solving skills and collaboration across teams
