About the role
- Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures, staffing requirements and resource allotment
- Confer with managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans, assign duties, and resolve technical problems
- Drive and coordinate projects/activities with Customer Focus Team (CFT) to ensure program schedule and budget adherence
- Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients
- Assist in metric development and tracking for the program
- Facilitate cross-department communication and follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees
- Drive continuous improvement activities impacting timeline, cost, or production activities
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry
- Occasional travel to customer locations
