Serve as primary homeowner and guest escalation contact and ensure timely issue resolution
Coordinate and oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping operations across market properties
Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate property operations and implement operational improvements
Perform administrative duties to support daily operations, reporting, and team performance management
Ensure operational standards and guest experience consistency across AvantStay short-term rental properties
Requirements
Supervising and managing market staff, including hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, and delegating tasks to field operations personnel
Serving as the main point of contact to establish and cultivate relationships with AvantStay homeowners
Supervising the progress and rectification of guest and homeowner issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution
Supervising and coordinating housekeeping and routine vacation rental maintenance tasks
Collaborating with other teams and evaluating maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping operations at each property within the market
Carrying out essential administrative duties to support daily operations and assign tasks to team members
Must live and work in the United States, ideally within driving distance of one of AvantStay's markets
