💰 $104,800 - $157,200 per year
About the role
- Participate on cross-functional development teams in the creation of integration, characterization, and troubleshooting testing, training, and guidance documents
- Conduct interface testing within the system and during commercial support
- Integrate the system into Electrophysiology cath lab hospital environments
- Develop expertise in the application of systems engineering principles and identify opportunities for applying systems engineering within assigned work
- Support marketing, field engineering, technical services, and training and education in technical questions
- Propose and implement changes to improve systems and/or processes
- Contribute to development of life-restoring therapies and healthcare solutions across the care continuum
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR PhD with 0 years relevant experience
- Advanced understanding of Electrophysiology and comfort in the hospital environment (preferred)
- Experience in Systems Engineering including defining systems architecture within medical device product development (preferred)
- Experience with the application of Design Controls for medical devices (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to create strategies and influence cross-functionally (preferred)
- For Office Roles: regularly required to be independently mobile; interact with a computer; communicate with peers and co-workers
- For patient-facing field employees: expected to comply with hospital/clinic credentialing requirements (as applicable)
- Participation in federal E-Verify program for new hires (employer participates)
