About the role
- Responsible for subject matter assessment of complex casualty claims Assessing claims quality across the enterprise Collaborating cross-functionally to develop, implement, and refine claims solutions, tools, and processes Translate front-line claim and litigation into product features and process enhancements Conduct product reviews across product lines for accuracy and consistency Prepare detailed quality reports with findings, root cause analysis, and recommendations Develop and implement test plans and business use cases for products; review and approve use cases and testing results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and Master's degree At least 5 years of professional experience in handling casualty claims across all 50 states Business acumen and ability to conduct/implement quality process and procedures Demonstrated strategic thinking and/or product development experience Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel Preferred: Exposure to insurtech, hands-on software product experience, JD degree, CPCU, ARM, and/or AIC certification
