Work with CFC’s Claims and Incident Response team to deliver high quality claims service to policyholders, brokers, underwriters and capacity providers
Guide clients and triage cyber incidents with appropriate external response partners
Proactively handle cyber and technology claims from first notification of loss to settlement within CFC’s delegated authorities
Actively work with a panel of response vendors during claims incidents (forensic, legal, PR)
Ensure prompt and accurate reserving and pursue relevant third party recoveries to reduce claims leakage
Work closely with Underwriting and Products teams to provide feedback on claims issues/trends and product/wording development
Liaise with Finance, IT and other internal teams while complying with FCA and Lloyd’s legal and statutory requirements
Requirements
Experience in cyber and technology claims
Ability to proactively handle cyber and technology claims from first notification of loss to settlement within delegated authorities
