Originate, negotiate, and close high-value, complex enterprise partnership deals for Flex’s embedded split pay/BNPL offering
Shape market entry strategy and collaborate with senior leadership on GTM approach
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful technical deployment and long-term partnership health
Develop, prioritize, and manage a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities and convert prospects into marquee accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives at prospective partners and lead complex deal negotiation
Lead partnerships from signed agreement through technical deployment to successful go-live
Requirements
10+ years of experience in strategic partnership and/or enterprise sales within high-growth FinTech environments
Proven track record of defining and executing growth strategies and new markets, sourcing and closing first-of-kind opportunities with senior decision-makers for Payments/FinTech (especially BNPL)
Demonstrated ability to close deals in new markets with new product/service offerings
Exceptional communication, influencing, and complex negotiation skills; ability to operate at C-level
Strategic thinking with strong bias for action; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Strong financial and legal acumen, including building deal models and navigating legal agreements
Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing)
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to build structure in loosely defined situations
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
