Lead, coach, and inspire a team of senior-level Digital Category Managers in a high-growth, performance-driven environment
Develop and implement strategic plans across categories to drive sales, margin, and customer experience improvements across eCommerce platforms
Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Channel, and Marketplace teams to ensure alignment on business priorities
Identify and optimize key business processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Lead key external relationships with major brand partners to identify challenges, opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and ultimately drive growth goals
Act as a thought leader and change champion to evolve digital merchandising strategies and category planning methodologies
Manage and grow strategic brand and supplier relationships, negotiate terms and ensure alignment with digital growth initiatives
Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product and brand launches on digital channels
Monitor and analyze category performance using KPIs and insights to adjust strategies and achieve financial targets
Drive initiatives that enhance client experience, expand strategic growth initiatives, and maximize category performance across key digital channels
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience
Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience
B2C eCommerce experience, with a strong background in client success, category management, or product and brand management
Demonstrated success leading teams through transformation and evolving responsibilities based on business needs
Managerial experience grounded in performance and career development
Proven ability to build and execute client strategies that drive business results
Strong financial and analytical acumen with experience managing P&Ls and developing forecasts
Experience in launching products and brands across digital platforms, preferably marketplaces
Expertise in managing supplier/brand portfolios and navigating complex vendor relationships
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization
Highly organized and results-driven, with a track record of delivering against ambitious goals
Keen ability to identify and solve process gaps and get things done cross functionally
Strong presentation skills to internal stakeholders and external clients
Preferred: Experience with third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, or similar platforms
Preferred: Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries
Preferred: Familiarity with the healthcare supplies industry is a plus, but not required

Base pay range $130,900 - $218,100
