Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a core area of the rental experience: define product strategy and roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution from concept to launch and iteration
Lead a dedicated cross-functional team (engineers, a designer, and a data analyst) to ship innovative features
Conduct user research via interviews, data analysis, and market research and translate insights into product requirements, user stories, and feature specs
Manage the product backlog, run sprint planning, and partner closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, rapid delivery
Define and analyze key metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate to improve user experience and move the needle
Clearly articulate roadmap, priorities, and results to team, stakeholders, and leadership
Own a critical pillar of the core product from discovery and search to application and payment; high-impact, high-visibility role with path to shaping product future
Requirements
5+ years of product management experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped products
Significant experience building and scaling products for consumer-facing mobile or web applications
User-obsessed with strong focus on user experience
Scrappy mindset; moves fast and finds solutions around obstacles
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Adept at using analytics tools and running experiments (A/B testing) to make data-informed decisions
Detail-oriented; ability to write clear specs and ensure high UI quality
Excellent problem solving; skilled at breaking down complex problems and delivering iterative value
On-site expectations: 3 days per week in New York Headquarters (hybrid)
