Product Manager

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for a core area of the rental experience: define product strategy and roadmap, set priorities, and drive execution from concept to launch and iteration
• Lead a dedicated cross-functional team (engineers, a designer, and a data analyst) to ship innovative features
• Conduct user research via interviews, data analysis, and market research and translate insights into product requirements, user stories, and feature specs
• Manage the product backlog, run sprint planning, and partner closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, rapid delivery
• Define and analyze key metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate to improve user experience and move the needle
• Clearly articulate roadmap, priorities, and results to team, stakeholders, and leadership
• Own a critical pillar of the core product from discovery and search to application and payment; high-impact, high-visibility role with path to shaping product future
