About the role
- Own all aspects of product design execution across mobile and web.
- Design modern, visually engaging, and highly functional user interfaces.
- Rapidly iterate on concepts and prototypes to test and evolve ideas.
- Create eye-catching marketing and brand assets for campaigns, ads, and social.
- Develop scalable design solutions and contribute to our design system.
- Partner cross-functionally to influence product decisions from ideation to launch.
- Stay ahead of design trends, sports culture, and gaming aesthetics to keep our product fresh and relevant.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-time experience designing consumer-facing products (mobile and web)
- A strong portfolio showcasing both visual design craft and product thinking
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- Ability to own the design process end-to-end, from wireframes to polished visuals
- Sharp attention to detail with strong foundations in UI/UX design
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup
- Preferred: Background in sports, gaming, or entertainment products
- Preferred: Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Preferred: Familiarity with rapid prototyping, motion design, or animation
- Preferred: Degree in HCI, Media Design, Human-Centered Design, or related field
