About the role
- Create promotional design materials (banners, landing pages, social media visuals, product ads) that reflect our brand and engage our audiences;
- Analyze current visual assets, propose innovative creative approaches, and iterate on design strategy;
- Maintain visual consistency and brand integrity across all projects and platforms;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align creative output with business goals;
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and team knowledge sharing;
- Deliver high-quality design work on time and in accordance with internal standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design;
- Advanced skills in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator;
- Proven ability to produce high-impact, brand-aligned visual solutions with a strong grasp of composition, color, and typography;
- Working knowledge of UX/UI fundamentals, including responsive design and layout structure;
- Proficiency in using Figma’s Auto Layout, components, and styles effectively;
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments;
- A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning.
