About the role

  • Develop and launch a best-in-class revenue enablement program
  • Ensure strategy, content, tools, processes and accountability measures to enable sellers to achieve targets by building pipeline, increasing conversions, accelerating deal velocity, and delivering a superior customer experience
  • Onboard and ramp newly-hired sellers within targeted timeframes with demonstrable quota attainment improvement
  • Partner across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive alignment and measurable revenue results
  • Baseline/inventory current revenue enablement processes, tools and technology; identify strengths and improvements
  • Assess sales team effectiveness and gather sales leadership feedback to prioritize program enhancements targeting conversion rates and velocity
  • Develop strategic roadmap aligned with corporate strategy, goals, KPIs and sales effectiveness metrics
  • Execute prioritized revenue enablement plan: new-hire onboarding, ongoing sales effectiveness and certification, product and technology enablement, and overview of tools, programs and processes
  • Establish internal program communications to inform, influence and drive adoption and measurable engagement
  • Develop and implement detailed project/program plans considering requirements, constraints, resources and deliverables

Requirements

  • Built and scaled high-impact revenue enablement programs in Scale Up growth environments
  • Experience delivering programs aligned with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies for complex, multi-stakeholder B2B SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience implementing and maintaining revenue enablement tools for content management, training and certification programs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, and CS
  • Data-centric, able to connect enablement programs with positive results in salesforce effectiveness at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Cybersecurity and/or other enterprise SaaS/technology industry experience
  • Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement programs
  • Strong leadership, communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Highly analytical and data-driven approach
