• By 90 days you will have completed all the sales training on products. Started to generate new pipeline. Completed demo’s and POV’s with the assigned Solutions Architect. Be well on your way to closing new or upsell business deals.

Senior Analyst II, FNSS

Threat Intelligence Specialist

• Collaborate with our internal teams and customers to proactively identify threats to reduce risk to client businesses, networks, and operations
• Leverage your expertise to produce high-quality tactical and strategic assessments, communicating potential risks and their impact through concise written analysis and compelling visual presentations, directly informing decision-makers.
• Utilize Flashpoint's cutting-edge proprietary tools and external data sources to synthesize critical information, enhancing analysis and alerting
• Synthesize raw data to identify the credibility of information, deduce relevance to the client, and nominate new collection sources in support of Flashpoint collections.
• Develop keywords/patterns to highlight high signal data for cyber threats, including supply chain attacks, emerging threats, and zero-day vulnerabilities.
• Help protect Flashpoint customers by providing critical intelligence on data breaches and threat actor activities, supporting mitigation efforts, including domain takedown requests, to protect brand reputation and counter sophisticated threats.
• Research and provide intelligence on technical indicators that could signal a cyber attack.
• Provide weekly reporting to customer stakeholders, including the customer leadership team and technical leaders.
• Understand and articulate security safeguards while safely navigating virtual environments to support assigned tasks.

Sales Director – Commercial West

People Operations

• Help deliver global remote onboarding and off-boarding programs and ensure seamless employee experience
• Manage global HRIS data integrity in ADP and HiBob, including new additions, changes, and terminations
• Interpret company policies and provide support to employees and managers
• Conduct regular benefits reconciliation and handle EDI feeds, Open Enrollment, COBRA Events, and Qualifying Life Events
• File and report disability and leave requests for US, Canada, and UK
• Maintain employment files and ensure compliance for reporting and audit purposes (EEO, Non-discrimination testing, SOC2, Tax)
• Handle general HR administration (employment verifications, swag administration, employee inquiries)

• Develop and launch a best-in-class revenue enablement program
• Ensure strategy, content, tools, processes and accountability measures to enable sellers to achieve targets by building pipeline, increasing conversions, accelerating deal velocity, and delivering a superior customer experience
• Onboard and ramp newly-hired sellers within targeted timeframes with demonstrable quota attainment improvement
• Partner across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive alignment and measurable revenue results
