About the role
- work closely with Sales, Product, and Technology to refine, partner, or develop a payables platform
- connect with our online platform solution, capable of integrating with multiple vendors
- provide a cohesive billing and analysis experience for treasury management solutions
- report to the Corporate Product Solutions - Lead for Payables
- create a strategic plan for assigned solution
- actively collaborate in the development, implementation and roll-out for new products
- monitor and manage vendor relationships associated with Merchant service solutions
- effectively interface with appropriate business lines to ensure technical support for new or enhanced products/services
- actively manage new product development, from conceptualization to delivery
- refine operational duties through solution expertise to identify systems issues
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) (Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Science/Analytics)
- 8+ Years treasury management experience with Commercial Merchant Services and Credit Card acceptance expertise at the client level
- 5 years of banking experience which includes experience leading treasury management sales and customer service teams
- Direct involvement and/or Voice with Receivables Networks, such as: AFP, S&P Global Reporting, VISA/Mastercard
- Experience and expertise in Core DDA and client-side ERP and accounting systems
- Extensive experience in cSuite level Client Calling
- Certified Treasury Professional CTP and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred
