About the role
- Build, design, and optimize enterprise-quality AI agents in collaboration with customers
- Embed deeply within strategic customers to understand business challenges and advise on AI roadmaps
- Run tight feedback loops into Engineering and influence feature development
- Represent Decagon externally and participate in key deployments with customers and prospects
- Own a portfolio of AI agents end-to-end and scale them to millions of users
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Design, and Engineering teams
- Write and test prompt logic and design new product features with engineering
- Work with customer executive teams to define AI roadmaps
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience (e.g., product manager, engagement manager, consultant, founder, etc.)
- Deep technical acumen — able to understand and shape AI agent designs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, French, or Portuguese
- Ability to write and test prompt logic for customer use cases
- Experience working directly with customers and executive teams
- Computer Science, Engineering, or Math degree or equivalent technical experience (preferred)
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Spanish, French, or Portuguese (preferred)
