About the role
- Manage and resolve complex client issues through direct interactions
- Create detailed documentation and conduct follow-ups on inquiries
- Research client issues and collaborate with internal teams
- Focus on developing coaching and leadership skills within the CEC
- Participate in projects for service and process improvement
Requirements
- Mastered client-facing roles within the Customer Engagement Center (CEC)
- Ability to perform case work and off-call activities
- Strong research and investigation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Understanding of regulatory and bank policies and procedures
