Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota achievement
Work with new customers to drive adoption and help them realize value as quickly as possible
Collaborate with channel partners and develop superior solutions that exceed customer expectations
Determine customer requirements and present appropriate solutions
Negotiate and close agreements and support new customers through the onboarding process
Effectively communicate through excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Liaise with and leverage internal stakeholders across multiple timezones to meet the demands of our customers (Ex: Deal Desk, Legal, Operations)
Requirements

Confidence and ability to negotiate and close agreements and support new customers through our onboarding process
Proven track record of success in sales and business development: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships
Understands technical concepts: Ability to grasp data and engineering concepts and can position Fivetran in a way that best fits our customer’s need
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Self-directed: Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong sense of urgency: Demonstrates a commitment to timely completion of tasks and meeting deadlines
Thrives in fast paced environments: Ability to onboard quickly and help towards regional revenue targets

Experience using Looker, SFDC and Clari (bonus)
Prior experience working in a data technology company (bonus)
