About the role
- Own strategy to drive casual golfers, social groups, and event-goers into Five Iron Golf locations
- Position and package Five Iron’s lifestyle offerings (events, group play, and F&B)
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase event bookings, group outings, tourism partnerships, and casual play
- Elevate Five Iron’s F&B offering as a core product
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, CVBs, and corporate partners
- Partner with marketing shared services, social ops, and event team to deliver campaigns and activations
- Provide strategic direction in digital, social, and experiential marketing
- Define and report KPIs tied to event revenue, F&B growth, and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years in hospitality, restaurants, events, or entertainment marketing
- Proven experience in product and program marketing for services/experiences
- Track record of growing traffic and revenue through event and experiential campaigns
- Expertise in hospitality/F&B positioning and promotions
- Able to act as a leader and strategic partner across shared marketing functions without direct team ownership
- Data-driven with a knack for turning insights into compelling campaigns
- Must be based in NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, or Atlanta
- Senior-level leadership and influence; role begins without direct reports
