💰 $100,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Manage an assigned portfolio of Franchisees and report to the VP, Franchise
- Achieve operations and business performance goals for Franchisees
- Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchisee Business Review process to assess performance and align on goals
- Align priorities to drive sales, profitability, and network growth while delivering a safe, consistent brand experience
- Develop and implement coaching plans; track and review ongoing data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions
- Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations and follow up on Franchisee commitments
- Facilitate communication between Franchisees and corporate cross-functional partners
- Work with Field Marketing, Development, and Field Training teams on initiatives, procurement, fit-out, promotions, and training support
- Monitor and support execution of local & national initiatives
- Partner across departments to support consistent execution of systems and delivery of products and services to brand standards
- Support management in building and developing hourly teams and fostering a customer-service environment
- Perform evaluations, complete administrative functions, and perform other duties as assigned
- Coordinate and facilitate new location opening training and ensure Brand Standards are met prior to opening
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of Franchise consultant experience in Hospitality or Retail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
