Ensure exceptional customer experiences through the application of the Five Below service model
Lead execution and maintenance of all company merchandising and operational standards
Develop a High Performing Crew: Hire and engage talented employees, ensure people feel cared for and connected, provide training, coaching, and feedback
Partner with District Manager and HR for employee coaching/counseling, performance documentation and employee relations
Maintain a safe environment for customers and crew
Drive a Consistent Business: Analyze business results, leverage reports and metrics, manage payroll budgets and crew schedules
Ensure execution of financial management controls, receiving, stocking, physical inventory, and merchandise flow
Perform store maintenance and ensure compliance with SOPs
Review corporate communications and achieve results while adhering to company policies and laws
Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Creative thinking
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
