About the role
- Support teams across the Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM) and manage operations at New York and Austin sites
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and facilities at the Austin/New York offices
- Support planning and coordination of on-site events, team gatherings, and employee engagement activities
- Work closely with the global HR team to align on company-wide people and talent initiatives
- Manage payroll in partnership with provider (Vensure)
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring a positive employee experience
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on all HR matters
- Translate business priorities into HR initiatives, proactively identifying people issues and implementing effective solutions
- Resolve complex employee relations matters and provide HR policy guidance
- Lead global HR initiatives in the region, such as performance management, engagement, and other strategic programs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HRBP in a global tech company
- Previous payroll management experience
- Experience in hyper-growth environments with ability to adapt to change
- Hands-on approach with strong focus on employee engagement
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proactive, data-driven, and a true team player
- Experience working with Sales & Customer Success organizations
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
- Hybrid role – 3 days per week in our NY office
