District Manager

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted
• Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates
• Supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drives store sales and controls expenses
• Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines
• Ensures the execution of company Inventory Integrity process
