About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
Manages the setup and maintenance of displays for specific store sections, ensuring signage is accurate and promotions are properly highlighted
Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues
Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates
Supports the onboarding and ongoing training of associates
Drives store sales and controls expenses
Executes the market plan by arranging products and signage according to corporate guidelines
Ensures the execution of company Inventory Integrity process

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Graduate or equivalent
College experience preferred
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Creative thinking
Ability to maintain composure under pressure
