Proactively build and maintain diverse candidate pools using various methods, including online platforms, in-person networking, and community outreach.
Ensure a seamless transition of candidates from recruitment to onboarding, partnering with CX Specialists and training teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between the recruitment team and the Region CX Director, facilitating clear and timely communication.
Provide day-to-day support and coaching to recruitment team members, helping them overcome challenges and stay aligned with recruitment best practices.
Work with the recruitment team to tailor and optimize recruiting strategies for specific areas, leveraging automated talent acquisition tools and local market insights.
Foster relationships with local community leaders, schools, and other sources of talent to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Prepare and submit recruiting reports to the Region CX Director, highlighting key metrics, trends, and the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Provide mentorship and coaching to recruitment team members to develop their skills and support their professional growth.
Work closely with Candidate Experience specialists, training teams, Area General Managers and Location Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient candidate onboarding process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience and/or education preferred.
3 years of relevant recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in a leadership or coaching role within a recruiting or HR team.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on leadership and relationship building.
Proficiency in using ATS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
