About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly Operations roles, including posting, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Proactively source, engage, and pre-screen candidates for salaried roles across multiple departments, building a strong, high-quality talent pipeline.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective sourcing and recruiting strategies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance.
- Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings, social content, and candidate communications that reflect Nabis’ culture and values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS (Greenhouse).
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with seasonal and surge hiring periods, including the 4/20 hiring cycle.
- Collaborate with the People Team on process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume or operations-focused environments.
- Experience sourcing and managing candidates through ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
- Prior experience in cannabis, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus.
