• Proactively build and maintain diverse pools of candidates for open positions using various sourcing methods.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create a strong brand presence within the community to attract top talent.
• Stay current with industry trends and identify new sourcing opportunities to ensure continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
• Ensure all recruiting strategies are tailored and optimized for the area, leveraging automated talent acquisition tools and local market insights.
• Partner with internal teams to develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives that align with business needs and hiring goals.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and adjust as necessary.
• Cultivate relationships with local community leaders, schools, and other potential sources of talent to build a strong network and pipeline.
• Represent the company at job fairs, trade shows, and community events, showcasing the company culture and career opportunities.
• Prepare and submit recruiting reports to management.
• Ensure all recruiting activities follow company policies, provincial regulations, and industry standards.
• Partner with candidate experience teams, training teams, and location managers to ensure a seamless transition from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted recruiting campaigns and promotional materials.

Recruiter

Call Center Representative

• Provide day-to-day supervision of the Charter Center Representatives.
• Assign individuals to work schedules and ensure staff adherence to assigned work schedules.
• Manage the workforce to ensure that the call service level remains very high.
• Track all charter activity and adjust as necessary to avoid conflict with peak call volume.
• Develop a contingency plan to maintain adequate coverage levels in the event of staff shortages.
• Lead a team of direct reports; inspire, coach, develop, and motivate them to ensure they are providing world class customer service in all customer interactions.
• Develop and facilitate all needed and/or required training for new and/or existing Call Center Reps.
• Build and maintain strong relations with locations (internal customer)
• Drive a culture of continuous improvements, new approaches, and personal excellence.
• Communicate key messages effectively to ensure that direct reports are well informed about issues that may impact them or their customers.
• Run call lists and train outbound CCR’s on what verticals to target.
• Ensure that revenue and contact center goals are met and communicate this progress to the CCR’s as a team unit.
• Monitor inbound/outbound customer service calls to ensure call integrity, and proper phone technique.
• Assist Charter Center Manager in the development and implementation of new programs or processes.

Charter Contact Center Supervisor

Manager

• Serve as a key safety and compliance partner across multiple sites
• Conduct annual (or more frequent) site safety reviews and wellness checks
• Lead investigations for serious incidents and support root cause analysis and corrective action plans
• Monitor safety trends, deliver monthly safety performance reports, and drive continuous improvement
• Guide and support Location Safety Managers (LSMs) with ongoing development
• Partner with HR and Operations to ensure proper staffing of driver trainers
• Support compliance with company policies, training standards, and state/federal regulations
• Assist with safety training programs, claims management, and coordination of regional safety initiatives
• Travel up to 80%, primarily overnight, to provide on-site coaching, audits, and emergency response
