About the role

  • Lead all performance marketing and digital optimization initiatives
  • Own First Due website, performance marketing channels, SEO, and generative search optimization
  • Build scalable demand generation strategies across acquisition and expansion
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, content, and sales to develop campaigns
  • Use analytics, AI-driven tools, and automation to drive measurable growth
  • Architect growth marketing strategy for acquisition and customer expansion
  • Build and manage integrated campaigns across SEM, SEO, ABM, email, webinars, paid syndication, social, events, and customer marketing
  • Implement and optimize lead-to-opportunity funnel and conversion rate optimization
  • Launch and maintain content optimization for generative search
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across search, social, video, programmatic, and emerging platforms
  • Oversee site updates, UX improvements, and technical benchmarking
  • Maintain reporting dashboards for campaign performance, SEO, and site metrics
  • Partner with operations to build predictable growth engine
  • Work closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales; support sales enablement
  • Mentor and manage marketing staff and oversee vendors and agencies
  • Provide training on tools, platforms, and marketing best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years work experience
  • Experience in growth, demand generation, or digital marketing in B2B technology (4–6 years listed under qualifications but header shows 7+ years)
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited American school
  • Authorization to work for any US employer in the United States (no sponsorship)
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, ABM, and integrated marketing
  • Experience across enterprise, mid-market, and commercial segments
  • Familiarity or connection with GovTech or public safety technology is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executives
  • Highly collaborative, data-driven, results-oriented
  • Familiarity with tools: Webflow, WordPress, Google/YouTube/Bing/LinkedIn/Facebook/Reddit Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Hotjar, Zoho PageSense, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Marketo, Pardot, 6Sense, DemandBase, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, n8n, Figma
