About the role

  • drive market leadership and growth by managing and coaching an assigned team
  • develop business plans with Sales team to maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • maintain and grow the existing customer base while increasing focus on pursuing new accounts

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • at least 3 years in a sales leadership role within the public safety industry or government sector
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • experience using data to track performance
  • strong coaching and people management skills
  • excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a high-performing team
