Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience
- at least 3 years in a sales leadership role within the public safety industry or government sector
- proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- experience using data to track performance
- strong coaching and people management skills
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a high-performing team
