About the role
- Responding to inbound inquiries and follow up with potential customers via phone and email.
- Manage your own CRM workspace and follow up sales inquiries.
- Work alongside our outside sales and customer support team.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and guiding product use.
- Be adaptable to take on outreach sales, cold calling, and non-sales related tasks as company needs evolve.
- Contribute to projects across the organization and help develop the Sales team and structure.
- Minimal travel expected initially; opportunities for travel as you progress.
- Report to National Sales Director - US.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the position. Practical experience and engagement can compensate for a lack of formal qualifications.
- A background which makes you able to answer questions related to agriculture, pasture management, or animal husbandry.
- Keen interest in our product and ability to gain competence in our technology.
- Excellent English oral and writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with outreach sales or cold calling if required.
- Adaptable, proactive, independent and self-driven.
- Efficient and enjoy structure.
- Team player with a heart for the greater good.
