Technical Project Manager

• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned with strategic goals
• Define project plans, timelines, and milestones; manage risks, dependencies, and resources
• Coordinate between product, engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
• Lead task forces during critical incidents and run daily stand-ups or incident response meetings
• Ensure corrective and preventative actions are identified, implemented, and tracked
• Manage new hardware projects end-to-end from concept to mass-volume production
• Oversee prototype builds, testing cycles, validation activities, and issue tracking
• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain for scalability and production ramp-up
• Act as primary point of contact between management, technical teams, and stakeholders; provide regular progress updates
