About the role
- Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, with high quality, and aligned with strategic goals
- Define project plans, timelines, and milestones; manage risks, dependencies, and resources
- Coordinate between product, engineering, design, operations, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
- Lead task forces during critical incidents and run daily stand-ups or incident response meetings
- Ensure corrective and preventative actions are identified, implemented, and tracked
- Manage new hardware projects end-to-end from concept to mass-volume production
- Oversee prototype builds, testing cycles, validation activities, and issue tracking
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain for scalability and production ramp-up
- Act as primary point of contact between management, technical teams, and stakeholders; provide regular progress updates
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in electro-mechanical or IoT product development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent planning, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges
- Driven and result oriented, focused on timeline, cost and quality improvements
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work from and travel to customer sites and perform field observations
