About the role

  • Qualify inbound leads by responding quickly to website inquiries, demo requests, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Engage prospects via email, phone, and chat to understand needs and determine fit for products or services.
  • Align Commure+Athelas solutions with prospect business objectives/needs.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Identify key differences between different tiers of leads and delegate meetings booked with them accordingly.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives or Sales Consultants with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain extreme ownership of your CRM data; keeping records clean, thorough, and easy to interpret.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other departments to drive new business.
  • Exceed monthly quota targets measured in completed meetings with new leads.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly self-evaluations and pipeline reviews with leadership.
  • Become an expert in the healthcare business space.

Requirements

  • Ability to shift and pivot your daily workflows to fit the needs of a highly dynamic team.
  • 6 months-1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Tenacious hunger to win business and move deals through the sales process.
  • Experience with quota and commission compensation structure.
  • Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (including CEO, VP, MD, RN, FNP etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast paced, ever changing environment and pivot when necessary.
  • Self driven, motivated and results oriented.
  • Enthusiastic teammate and team player mindset.
  • Preferred: 4-year degree preferred in Business or related field.
  • Preferred: Past experience and success in the SDR role, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Preferred: Proven success in penetrating new markets and cultivating new business.
  • Preferred: Consistent over-achievement in past positions.
  • Preferred: Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite 5x/week in Lehi, Utah.
