About the role

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels (content, email, paid, social, ABM).
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and maintain CRM hygiene.
  • Create technical content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts) tailored to industrial/manufacturing audiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize for lead quality and conversion, and report on KPIs.
  • Align closely with sales (SDR/AE teams) to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops.
  • Localize messaging for U.S. manufacturing and industrial buyers.
  • Partner with industry associations and trade publications for thought leadership and credibility.
  • Own the development of buyer personas and lead scoring frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B demand generation, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Proven ability to create compelling technical content and messaging.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid, email, social).
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Track record of delivering qualified leads and supporting sales pipeline growth.
